Bits of 2011 that will last~~

So, first, I decided on a whim to start a blog. I'm not sure why, but I have this weird feeling that it's because I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with almost nothing to do.

Anyway, ermm... Its 2012 now!!! (lol no shit, Sherlock) And I really have to say that 2011 has been a really wonderful (WANderful, get it?? okay never mind...) year for me. New friendships were formed and old, strengthened. Countless experiences, happy or sad, first time or not, formed memories that can last me a lifetime. So, before I step into a new school year, a new campus and a new environment, I decided to take some time to reminisce things that happened in 2011.


19 January 2011 - Biology Field Trip at Changi Beach

30 January 2011 - SUPER SHOW 3!!!!!
My first time attending a SUPER DUPER HUGE concert!!! D and I were lucky enough to be able to get last minute tickets! It was really... A.W.E.S.O.M.E. and I'm really happy and thankful that my parents allowed me to go, just because I got a bronze award for the C.B.Paul Memorial Science Quiz!

19 May 2011 - Social Etiquette

To prep us up for THE Founder’s Day Dinner, the school decided to send our cohort to a social etiquette class, where basically, we learn how to dress, walk, sit, stand, eat, drink and talk. Actually, I was quite upset about some things that happened the day before, but being amongst awesome friends totally cheered me up. J

Err... well, I don't think sticking out your tongue is very... etiquette-y

10 June 2011 - My Sorta “Birthday Party”

Since I can’t celebrate my birthday at home, my parents decided to have a belated party to celebrate it when I was back for the holidays, and also to meet up with my friends before we all graduate and part ways. (Awesome parents, I know, I always tell my friends that :D)

Actually, I was a little worried that we may have drifted apart after not talking to each other for more than one and a half year, but apparently, I needn’t worry about that. J We ended up talking about really random stuff, and even about our primary school antics! Our “About Me”s (what we call our autograph books) and their rules and regulations, teachers’ nicknames, and so on.

I felt a bit sorry that some of my really close friends couldn’t make it though… But 有缘必相见, right?? (note: do NOT laugh at my Chinese. It has been rolling downhill since the end of 2009)

Well, since this is taking a little longer than I expected and I do have to wake up early tomorrow, I mean, later today, for driving lessons, I’m breaking it up into 2 parts.
